Senior Client Advisor

Regina Dyer (Queen/Diva/Baddie/she/her) was born and raised in California, and loves carefully curating experiences for her loved ones and creating new Michelin Star-worthy desserts. She has been at Offor for over seven years. For the past four years, she’s served as a Senior Client Advisor, building an expertise in talent management, educational technology, hiring equity, and consulting. Prior to Offor, she worked in renewable energy for over 10 years, where she established a track record of managing and administering funds for multimillion dollar market launch initiatives. Regina believes in collaborating as a thought partner with organization leaders and guiding them to build strategies to support the immediate and future needs of their organizations. When not at work, Regina enjoys hanging out with her children, traveling to new places, crafting artisanal moonshine, working with the the Innocence Project to exonerate the wrongfully convicted, and continuing her mother’s legacy.

Senior Client Advisor

Kelly Haywood (she/her) was born and raised in New Orleans. She loves asking questions and doom-scrolling on Twitter. Kelly has served as a Senior Client Advisor at Offor since 2022. Her strengths include supporting clients to define desired skill sets, navigate the waters of a transparent recruitment and selection process, and ultimately finding their person. Prior to Offor, she worked in the hospitality industry for ten years, where she established a track record of pattern-spotting, forging deep relationships, and finding creative solutions. She believes in working with joy and laughter because hard work can also be fun. When not at work, Kelly enjoys binge-watching the latest release, reading, and adventure days with her husband and two children.

Talent Associate

Dominique Poché (she/her) was born and raised in New Orleans and loves to give back, and all things pop culture. She has served as a Talent Associate at Offor since 2022, building expertise in project managing and external communications. Prior to Offor, she worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years, where she established a track record of delivering excellent customer service and establishing trust with clients. She believes in working with local organizations to combat food insecurity and calling out corporate giants where she sees misalignments. When not at work, Dominique enjoys overindulging on social media, face-timing with her perfect nephew, and going to Saints games (WHO DAT!).

Analyst

Billy Donatuti (he/him) is passionate about connection, kindness, and experience. He is the Organizational Culture Analyst at Offor where he unearths patterns and trends in clients’ organizations. Prior to Offor, he worked in the financial services industry for four years where he established a track record of support and an understanding of clients’ needs. At Offor, Billy helps clients uncover truths about their organization that will better prepare them and their candidates for a successful, long-term relationship. He believes in working with inclusivity, emphasizing the importance that everyone’s story is not only shared, but also heard. When not at work, Billy enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee, going to the movies, and the moment after a long run ends.

Operations Associate

Chi Ifeoma (she/her) was born and raised in Wisconsin and is passionate about community activism and culinary exploration. She loves seeing the results communities produce and the growth of individuals who put themselves in spaces that challenge their thinking. She has served as the Operations Associate at Offor for one year, building an expertise in project management, process creation and facilitation. Prior to Offor, she spent 10 years in the hospitality industry where she established a track record of excellence in training and developing cohorts of new team members. She believes in working with all stakeholders in mind, noting the impact that decisions have on multiple scales and focusing on creating win-for-all systems and solutions. She is dedicated to speaking up even when in direct opposition to all others in the room. When not at work, Chi enjoys diving into a new book (à la butterfly in the sky), observational painting, and developing her wilderness skills.

VP, Client Services

Alaina Flowers (she/her) was born and raised in Detroit and loves making plant-based food and taking a good nap. She is the Vice-President of Client Services where she leads all things team, culture, and organizational alignment. Prior to Offor, she worked in the Bay Area for several years as an employee experience and lifecycle consultant to tech and philanthropic organizations, where she identified natural skill in building trust within organizations, human-centered design, and facilitating engaging and productive dialogue. At Offor, Alaina collaborates with the team to identify what must be true for stakeholders in our ecosystem to thrive, then makes it possible. She gets the job done by leveraging the collective wisdom of the group, generating creative solutions, and having the courage to “break the rules.” When not at work, Alaina spends much of her time as a recurring character in the imaginative world of her toddler.

Talent Associate

Z Shekoni (she/her) was born and raised in Duluth, GA and loves connecting with others and understanding culture. She is the Talent Associate at Offor where she is building expertise in project managing and external communications. Prior to Offor, she worked in transportation and facilities for seven years, where she established a track record of going beyond to meet client needs. She believes in working with transparency, to focus on the people involved in her work. When not at work, Z enjoys exploring New England on her bike, trying out new vegetarian meals, and inserting a song into any conversation *cue MOOD 4 EVA*

Founder & CEO

Ify Walker (she/her) is a proud product of Nigerian parents, Wisconsin, and Head Start. A fierce believer in the power of equitable culture and talent practices, Ify’s experience sits at the intersection of law, fundraising, and talent cultivation. She is a steady and courageous advisor whose firm has helped over 200 companies hire top executives from Offor’s talent network of over 10,000 leaders. As the Founder and CEO of Offor, Ify leads with her values: she believes that when people’s needs are prioritized, everyone can do their best work. As such, Offor invests in a paid certified financial planner and mandatory paid six weeks off for all of its employees. When she is not leading a growing national firm and debunking the meritocracy myth, Ify is running Mom's School of Excellence with her husband—the most important decision she has ever made.
